Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course at VIRA Vocational College, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment Agreement

Your enrollment becomes binding when you submit your application and pay the required fees. You will receive a confirmation email with your enrollment details.

3. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:                                                                                           

  • Treat staff and fellow students with respect                                                              

  • Follow safety instructions in workshops and practical settings                                      

  • Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty                                           

  • Comply with New Zealand laws and regulations                                                              

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion without refund.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Tuition fees are due according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment.        

  • Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and facilities.                                                                                                                    

  • VIRA Vocational College reserves the right to change fees with 30 days' written notice to enrolled students.

5. Cancellation by the School

VIRA Vocational College reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient enrollments. In such cases, all paid fees will be fully refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

VIRA Vocational College is not liable for:                                                                         

  • Loss or damage to personal property on school premises                                       

  • Visa denials or immigration decisions made by the New Zealand Immigration authorities.                                                                                                                          

  • Employment outcomes after graduation

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
