Pathway 1: Students (Local & International)

You want to study a trade and start your career in New Zealand.

Step 1: Choose Your Course

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Complete the online application form. You will need:

Your personal information
Your education history
Your course selection

Step 3: Receive Payment Link

After you submit your application, a payment link for the application fee will be sent to your email within 10 minutes.

Application Fee: $50 NZD (approximately $30 USD)

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid in cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin).

Upon payment, you will receive your unique Application Acknowledgment Number.

This number confirms your application is officially in the system and secures your place in the admission review queue. Please keep this number for your records. you will need it when paying your tuition and receiving your Offer Letter.

Important: Please check your spam or junk mail folder. Add admin@viravocationalcollege.com to your address book to ensure you receive our emails. If you do not receive the payment link after 2 hours, contact us on WhatsApp.

Step 4: Pay Tuition Fee

Once your application is accepted, you will receive a separate email with a payment link for your tuition fee.

Vira Vocational College exclusively accepts cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin) for all international tuition payments. This follows the precedent set by leading institutions, including the University of Nicosia (accepting Bitcoin since 2013) and ESMT Berlin.

Why cryptocurrency? Card payments and bank transfers from certain countries often face delays, failed transactions, or take weeks to process refunds. Cryptocurrency eliminates these issues, offering instant settlement and same-day refunds when needed.

Your Offer Letter will be sent once your full tuition is confirmed, or 20% under the Nils-Lofgren Program (see FAQ for details).

Tuition is refundable in full, minus any third-party fees.

Step 5: Receive Offer Letter

Once both payments are confirmed, we will process your application and send your official Offer Letter within 2 to 3 business days. This letter is required for your New Zealand student visa application.

Please reference your Application Acknowledgment Number (VIRA-[Student ID]) in all future correspondence.

Step 6: Apply for Visa (International Students Only)

Use your offer letter to apply for your New Zealand student visa. We can also handle the full visa process for you.

Visa Processing Service: Available for an additional non-refundable fee. Our team will guide you through every step and work side by side with you until your visa is approved.

Job Seeker

Pathway 2: Job Seekers (Local & International)

You already have skills. You want a job in New Zealand.

Step 1: Find a Job

Browse our job board for current openings from New Zealand employers.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Complete the job seeker application form and upload your CV. Our Relationship Manager (RM) will review your qualifications.

Step 3: CV Review

Our RM will review your CV within 24-48 hours. If you are qualified for the role, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Step 4: Pay Application Fee

Once you are confirmed as a qualified candidate, our RM will send you a payment link. The application fee is non-refundable. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin).

Step 5: Application Sent to Employer

We will submit your application to the employer. Please allow up to 14 days for the employer to respond.

Step 6: Job Acceptance

If the employer accepts you, we will send you a job acceptance letter. You will use this letter along with other documents for your visa application.

Full Sponsorship Jobs: Some jobs include flight ticket and accommodation. These jobs are clearly marked on our job board.

Step 7: Visa Processing (If Needed)

If you want us to handle your work visa process, our RM will contact you and work side by side with you until your visa is approved.

Required Documents for Visa Processing

Before applying for your visa on your own without our assistance, you will need:

Valid passport
Offer letter from Vira Vocational College (students) or job acceptance letter (job seekers)
Police character certificate (required for any country where you have lived for 12 months or more in the last 10 years)
Proof of funds
Medical examination (for stays longer than 6 months)

Additional documents may be requested depending on your country of origin.
