We collect the following categories of personal data depending on your interaction with us.

For prospective students through the application form: Full name, date of birth, country of citizenship and residence, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), marital status and family information, previous education history and certificates, passport information, and motivation statement.
For job seekers through the application form: Full name, date of birth, country of citizenship and residence, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), current occupation and years of experience, CV including employment history and qualifications, and desired job in New Zealand.
For enrolled students: All information provided during application, academic progress and grades, payment history and transaction records, and visa and immigration documents.
3. Why We Process Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes.
We process your application for admission under our legitimate interest. We communicate with you about your application under our legitimate interest. We process tuition payments in cryptocurrency under our legitimate interest. We assist with visa applications only when you have provided your consent. We match job seekers with employers under our legitimate interest. We maintain student records as a legal obligation. We improve our website and services under our legitimate interest.
4. How We Collect Your Data
We collect personal data in three ways.
Directly from you when you complete our online application forms, contact us via email or WhatsApp, or submit documents.
Automatically when you visit our website through cookies and server logs.
From third parties only when required for visa processing, such as from the New Zealand Immigration authorities, and only with your consent.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by New Zealand law.
Unsuccessful applications are kept for 12 months after the decision. Successful student records are kept for 5 years after program completion for academic verification purposes. Job seeker profiles that were unsuccessful are kept for 6 months unless you request deletion earlier. Payment and transaction records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Website visitor logs are kept for 12 months and then anonymized.
Once the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share your data with third parties when necessary for the following purposes.
For students, we provide admission letters and enrollment confirmations to the New Zealand Immigration authorities, only when you request visa assistance and with your consent.
For job seekers, we share your application and CV with employers whose job postings you apply for, and only with your consent.
For all users, we share transaction information with crypto payment processors limited to what is necessary to process your tuition payment.
We also share data with government authorities if required by law, subpoena, or court order. We use third-party services for website hosting, form processing, and data storage. These service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We do not transfer your personal data outside New Zealand unless specifically authorized by you, such as when you are applying from outside New Zealand. If data is transferred outside New Zealand, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place.
