About the Role
You will assist elderly residents with daily living activities at a care facility in Stockholm. Your responsibilities will include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance using proper body mechanics. You will take vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature, serve meals and assist with feeding when needed, provide companionship and emotional support, document health changes in resident records, and communicate effectively with registered nurses about resident needs.
Weekly salary: 6,500 SEK (approximately 565 EUR)
Employer Support: No support provided. Employee is responsible for flight, accommodation, and Swedish language course.
Requirements
You must be a certified nursing assistant holding the Undersköterska qualification or an equivalent recognized certification. Swedish language proficiency at SFI level C or higher is required. You must demonstrate genuine empathy, patience, and physical stamina for demanding care work. A clean criminal record is mandatory.
