Refund Policy

1. Introduction

VIRA Vocational College is committed to transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for tuition fees, application fees, and other charges. All refund requests must be made in writing to finance@viravocationalcollege.com. We will respond within 14 business days.

Privacy Policy - the basics

Student application fees and visa processing service fees are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative costs and external department work, regardless of the outcome of your application or visa decision.

3. Tuition Fee Refunds

Tuition fees are refundable according to the schedule below. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (card or crypto).

 

Any network or transaction fees charged by the payment provider are not refundable unless the refund is due to an error by VIRA Vocational College.

Refund Schedule:

  • More than 30 days before course start: 100% of tuition (less any admin fee and payment network fees)                                                                                              

  • 15 to 30 days before course start: 75% of tuition                                                                

  • 1 to 14 days before course start: 50% of tuition                                                                                           

  • After course start but within first 30 days: 25% of tuition (less any materials or equipment provided)                                                                                                        

  • More than 30 days after course start: No refund

4. Full Refund Guarantee (No Questions Asked)

You will receive a full refund (no admin fees deducted) if:

  • Your visa application is denied (you must provide official denial letter)

  • VIRA Vocational College cancels the course

  • Your application for admission is denied after fees were collected in error

5. Crypto Refunds

Students who paid with cryptocurrency (USDC or USDT) will receive refunds in the same cryptocurrency. Crypto refunds are processed within 48 hours and sent to the original wallet address used for payment. Same-day refunds are available for eligible requests.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:                                                                                                                                  

  • Email finance@viravocationalcollege.com with "REFUND REQUEST – [Your Name] – [Course Name]" in the subject line                                                                            

  • Include your full name, student ID (if known), date of payment, and reason for request                                                                                                                      

  • Our finance team will review your request and respond within 14 business days
